Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ensure your gift boxes arrive safely and in perfect condition. All orders are packed with great care, and we use packaging tailored to the products to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Below you will find information on delivery times, shipping costs, and what to expect when you receive your order.

  • We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated domestic delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. During holidays (Christmas, Easter, May 17th), delivery times may be slightly longer.

  • Calculated at checkout based on delivery address and chosen shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over 999 NOK throughout Norway, with the exception of Svalbard

  • We ship to the nearest parcel collection point throughout Norway, with the exception of Svalbard.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched. The shipment can be tracked directly on the carrier's website.

  • All orders from Moné Gifts are packaged with care. If you wish the package to be sent directly to the gift recipient, you can provide the recipient's address at checkout.
