Right of withdrawal and return

Right of withdrawal ;According to Norwegian law (the Act on Withdrawal), you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the deadline by contacting us at post@monegifts.no

Retuns;The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are covered by the customer unless the goods are defective or the wrong goods have been delivered. Once we have received and approved the return, a refund will be paid within 14 days via the same payment method used for purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:The following goods cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products

Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery (e.g. food, drinks)

Defective or incorrect goods:If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at post@monegifts.no. We will provide a quick solution — either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
