Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ensure that your gift boxes arrive safely and neatly. All orders are packaged with great care, and we use packaging that is adapted to the products to reduce the risk of damage during transport. Below you will find information about delivery times, shipping costs and what you can expect when you receive your order.

Delivery times: We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated domestic delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch. During holidays (Christmas, Easter, May 17) delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over 1000 NOK.

Shipping methods: We ship by mail to your home address or the nearest parcel delivery point.

Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the package has been shipped. The shipment can be tracked directly on the carrier's website.

Gift delivery: All orders from Moné Gifts are packaged with care. If you would like the package to be sent directly to the gift recipient, please provide the recipient's address at checkout.
