Terms of Purchase

Welcome to Moné Gifts! We appreciate your interest in shopping with us. Below you will find our terms of purchase that apply to all orders through our online store. By making a purchase, you accept these terms.
We recommend that you read the terms carefully before shopping with us.

1. Order

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders in the event of obvious price errors, out-of-stock items, technical problems or suspicion of abuse or fraud.

2. Corporate gifts and larger orders:

Moné gifts offers gift boxes for companies, for employees, customers, partners and arrangers. For larger orders, delivery times and availability may vary. We therefore recommend that corporate customers contact us well in advance of the desired delivery date.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the purchase is completed.
We offer secure payment solutions through our partners, including card payment and Vipps. Invoices can be used for special requests.
Payment is deducted in accordance with the payment provider's current procedures.

4. Right of withdrawal and return

As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal according to the Right of Withdrawal Act.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within the withdrawal period and return the item in the same condition as it was received.
The customer covers the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, defective or damaged upon delivery.
Once the return has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Complaints

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please send a description of the error along with pictures so that we can process the case faster.
Complaints are processed in accordance with the current rules of the Consumer Purchase Act.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Norway.
Normal delivery time is 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We pack all gift boxes with great care and try to deliver them as they appear in the product images. To ensure safe transport, the location of individual products, ribbons or decorations may differ slightly upon delivery.
If an item in the gift box is sold out, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar product of the same or higher value.
In the event of unforeseen delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

7. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation. Information about how we collect, use and protect your data can be found in our privacy policy.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Moné Gifts cannot be held liable for delays or non-fulfilment due to circumstances beyond our control, including transport problems, acts of God, strikes or technical errors.

Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

9. Changes to the Terms:

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Purchase as necessary. Updated terms will always be available on the website.
